Working with June Doan was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She helped us navigate everything from the tiniest details to bigger challenges (including some tricky family dynamics), always with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.
June was extremely responsive to every email and text—no matter how big or small the question. She took the time to walk me through each and every detail with so much patience and insight. I never felt like I was figuring anything out alone—she was there every step of the way.
She also went above and beyond in so many ways. One of the most thoughtful touches was when she made us custom signage that perfectly fit our wedding aesthetic. That kind of attention to detail and generosity is rare, and it meant so much to us.
On the wedding day itself, June made sure everything ran seamlessly. I didn’t feel a single ounce of stress—I got to be fully present and actually enjoy every moment, knowing that she had everything handled.

June was truly a lifesaver and an absolute treasure to have on our wedding day. From the very beginning she approached our day with so much warmth and care, and it's no surprise she's so well-known and highly respected in the industry. June helped us organize the most perfect day, down to the smallest details. At first, I was surprised by how invested she was in every detail, but on the wedding day it all came together flawlessly, and our day went off without a single hitch. Both our photographer and venue director commented that our wedding day timeline was the most detailed and organized they had ever seen. June was a joy to work with and she always made time for us and answered our many (!!) questions with patience and a solutions-oriented mindset.
We also loved that June offered signage services. She worked closely with us to bring my Pinterest board of signs to life, keeping everything on brand and on theme. It was such a gift to be able to relax and truly enjoy the day, knowing our friends and family could do the same because everything was so well taken care of.
June, thank you for your hospitality, your organization, and your exceptional skill in managing multiple vendors and timelines. We were hesitant about hiring a day-of coordinator, but it was by far the best investment we made for our wedding day. To anyone considering a day-of coordinator, you are absolutely in the right place. We were so lucky to work with June and would happily recommend her to any one planning a wedding!
