 FAQs

  • Standard Rentals include pre-designed signs, decor, stands, easels, and other accessories from our regular rental collection. These pieces are rented as-is and reused between events, which keeps the process simple and cost-effective. While some signs allow for light personalization (like adding names and a date), you’re limited to the styles, materials, and designs shown in our Standard Rental catalogue.

    Custom Rentals are tailored specifically to your event. You’ll have full flexibility to choose the wording, colours, layout, and sign type to match your theme and personal style. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to ensure a cohesive look across all your signage, using consistent aesthetics, fonts, and finishes. Because these designs are created just for you, they require more time and care, and are subject to a $150 minimum order.

    Both options reflect our commitment to sustainability by offering reusable signage without compromising on style or quality.

  • We don't publicly list pricing for our custom rentals to ensure that we can provide each customer with a personalized quote that best suits their specific needs and event details. For example, seating chart prices differ depending on your guest count.

  • Custom rental orders have a minimum requirement of $150 to account for the time, effort, and resources involved in creating personalized designs.

    We understand that not every event requires a large number of signs. If your needs fall below the minimum, our Standard Rentals may be a better fit—there’s no minimum order required, and you'll still find a variety of beautiful, ready-to-use options.

  • For standard rentals, you can select any available five-day period.

    Custom rentals follow a different schedule due to their unique production process. The rental period is five days, but specifically available two days prior to the event date and should be returned within two days following the event. For instance, if your wedding falls on a Saturday, your rentals can be picked up as early as Thursday and must be returned by the following Monday. This accommodates the design, production, and repurposing required for custom rentals. They need weekly adjustments, unlike standard rentals that can be picked up and dropped off repeatedly with minimal adjustments.

    We can be flexible if you need additional/different days.

  • Pick up & drop off location is in the Tuxedo Park area in Calgary, Alberta. The exact address will be provided closer to the pick up date.

  • Currently, custom rentals are available in the following colours:

    • Acrylic: white, black, clear, frosted and steele blue

    • Wood: umber and harvest

    We're gradually expanding our inventory, so additional colours may become available in the future based on availability and demand. If you have a specific colour in mind, feel free to reach out—we may be able to accommodate your request.

  • Being a locally run small business, we don’t have a showroom, but we're happy to arrange an appointment for you to view the signs and colours in person.

  • Yes! We offer package options at a discounted rate for our custom rentals. Packages start with 6 signs and go up in items from there.

  • Yes! Send us any inspo photos or ideas and we can work to create special items for purchase or rent (if they can be added to our rental inventory).

    We can also create personalized wedding party items, gifts, party favours, etc.

    We also offer various accessories and rental materials.

  • Yes, we offer delivery, set-up, takedown, and pick-up services for an additional charge. With previous experience in weddings & events planning, we can assure a seamless event set-up.

    Additionally, we extend other event-related services, from day-of coordination to full event planning. Reach out to inquire further.
